Hiring managers do not see your candidate at all until you decide to submit them.

You own the placement
If a candidate you introduced is hired by Sidebar's client, you retain the commercial claim and receive the agreed placement fee.

You stay in control of your data and relationships
Participation is non-exclusive.
You may remove candidates from active matching at any time.
